Accommodation Request

Welcome to our new and improved accommodation request form! You won’t have to bring a tent, a sleeping bag, a mattress, or any of the big things! Just book a room, get some clothes and toiletries, and fly out here for a long weekend of music and fun!

And the best part? You can share a room with friends! If one of you books the room for multiple people, we can all but guarantee you’re in the same room together for the whole event! Be sure to write down their names too!

Please note that the form below is not a binding order. Based on your form entries and availability of the rooms, we will prepare and send you an offer. This can take a few days, so no worries if our reply takes some time!

Available Beds & Rooms

Single bed in Shared Dorm (29€/Night)

One bed in a shared dormitory, typically in a four-bed room.
This means you will share the room with others. While it’s a great way of making new friends, you might want to pack some earplugs just in case somebody ends up snoring.

If you book multiple beds we’ll try to accommodate all booked beds in the same room, but we can’t guarantee it.

Exclusive 4-Bed Room (110€/Night)

Exclusively book a 4-bed room for you and up to three additional people.
Please note that we do not offer 4-bed rooms for single person use.

Exclusive 4-bed rooms will have one bunk bed and one double bed.

(BOOKED OUT) Exclusive Double Bedroom (70€/Night)

Exclusively book a two bed room for you and a second person.
Please note that we do not offer two bed rooms for single person use.

There are two double bedrooms available, in the following variants:

Twin beds (Two separate beds)
Double bed (pictured below)

(BOOKED OUT) Exclusive 10-Bed Room (300€/Night)

We have one 10-bed dorm room available that can be booked exclusively by bigger groups. Minimum occupation is 6 beds.

The 10-bedroom consists of five bunk beds.

There is one shared bathroom per floor.

Volunteer Discount

We’ll be able to provide volunteers with a 10€ discount per night. This discount will be applied and reimbursed after the volunteers included in your booking got confirmed.

You can either request a bed in a shared 4-person dorm or a whole room for your group of up to 4 people. We do not offer 2- or 4-bedrooms for single person use.

Room allocation is at our discretion. Please understand that we may not be able to fully accommodate every request. Special requests can be specified below, and we will strive to fulfill them as best we can.

If you book for more then one person, please tell us the full legal names of the additional persons you want to book for. Feel free to include nicknames if you want to. The amount of guests you list needs to match at least the minimum occupancy for the selected room type.

Breakfast is 9€ per night and person.

Please select how many nights you want to stay. For arrival on Thursday and departure on Monday, an Early Arrival and/or Late Departure Add-On (15€ per person each) is required. Please buy these add-ons via our ticket shop.
