Time waits for no man or horse, and our time at Gut Steimke has come to a close. But although we’re sad to say goodbye to our previous venue, we are very excited to welcome you to our new home of Ferienland Crispendorf!
Ferienland Crispendorf is located in the thuringian highlands in the Vogtland region of Germany. Having a rich history as children summer camp location back in the GDR, it is now a location for school trips, vacations and festivals (like us 🐴)!
Featuring proper sanitary facilities (yes, we can’t believe it ourselves yet, real actual toilets!), a big camping meadow for all your camping needs and a indoor concert hall, Ferienland Crispendorf sits in the middle of nowhere in a small valley right next to the Wisenta creek, so no annoying neighbors that will hear you scream party! 🎉
In the middle of nowhere also means that the best way to travel is by car. But if you depend on public transport, no worries—we will provide shuttle services to the nearby train stations again.
You hate to touch grass? Want to have a calm moment to read a book and drink tea? This year we are able to offer indoor accommodation in four-bed rooms! No more excuses just because “you don’t like camping”—we’ve got you covered!
