Wir freuen uns, endlich einen neuen Termin und gleichzeitig auch einen alt vertrauten Veranstaltungsort bekannt geben zu können.
Everfree Encore wird vom 05 – 07.05.2023 im Gut Steimke, Uslar stattfinden.
Ja, ihr habt richtig gehört, zurück zum guten alten MacDonald-Hof Gut Steimke – und ja, diesmal im Frühling!
Tickets, die Ihr für 2022 bestellt habt und auch nach der Verschiebung behalten habt, sind selbstverständlich auch für 2023 gültig!

Die Probleme mit dem neuen Veranstaltungsort und der Bürokratie in diesem Gebiet haben uns klar gemacht, dass ein weiterer Versuch in Werne ebenso schwierig sein würde und die Suche nach Alternativen unabdingbar ist.

Einer der Kandidaten war ein bereits sehr vertrauter Ort, und während Gut Steimke im Jahr 2021 viele eigene Probleme hatte, haben sich die Dinge zum Besseren gewendet.
Wir sind der festen Überzeugung, dass die Rückkehr nach Gut Steimke die beste Option ist, und sehen freudig auf eine Rückkehr auf vertrautem Boden in 2023 entgegen.
Ihr habt vielleicht auch die drastische Änderung des Datums bemerkt. Wir haben diese Situation als Chance gesehen, die Veranstaltung in einen weniger stark frequentierten Zeitraum zu legen. Normalerweise sind die Monate Juli bis September die geschäftigsten Monate mit vielen großen Veranstaltungen wie der GalaCon und wir erhoffen uns eine Entlastung für euch, aber auch für uns Helfer und Organisatoren.
Zu guter Letzt möchten wir uns noch einmal bei euch allen für die fantastische Unterstützung bedanken und freuen uns sehr, euch alle nächstes Jahr zur Everfree Encore wiederzusehen!

We are happy to finally announce a new date and very familiar location – Yes, the announcement has been doubled!
Everfree Encore will return to Gut Steimke in Uslar on 05 – 07.05.2023.
Yes you heard right, Back to good ‘ol MacDonald farm Gut Steimke – And yes, this time in spring!
Tickets you have ordered for 2022 and decided to keep after the postponement, are still valid for 2023! Props to everyone who kept it, it really helps us out /)

The issues with the new location and bureaucracy in that area made it pretty clear that another attempt in Werne would be equally difficult and we were forced to search for alternatives.

One of the candidates was an already familiar location and while Gut Steimke had many issues of its own in 2021, things have changed for the better.
We strongly believe a return to Gut Steimke is the best option and we are looking forward to another great event on familiar grounds in 2023.
You might have also noticed the drastic change in the date. We saw this situation as an opportunity to place the event in a less busy time frame.
Usually July to September are the busiest months and we hope to reduce the stress level for you, but also for us helpers and organizers.
Last but not least, we want to thank you all again for the fantastic support and we are really excited to meet you all again at Everfree Encore next year!
